Refund Policy

Our focus at www.submittax.com is complete customer satisfaction. We strive towards making experience of our users better and happy. In the event, if users are displeased with the services provided, we can substitute it with offering of any other services as listed on our website or refund back the money, provided the reasons for cancellation and refund are bona-fide, genuine and proved to be valid after investigation by our team.

Request received within7 business days will be eligible for case of cancellation subject to the fact that the service/services have not been initiated/processed/completed/delivered.No cancellation shall be considered on the basis of change of mind/situation of users.

Duplicate payment against a service are entitled for refund. Refund can also be requested if we fail to deliver requested service except for reasons beyond our control or refusal/rejection by department / government. In any case refund amount shall be limited to amount paid by user to us.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Every process of cancellation shall be requested via mail at info@submittax.com.

Whatever may be the status of cancellation or refund as per the case and circumstances, the same will duly be communicated to users via mail. Refund of money, if determined and approved, shall be transferred to same source of user from which payment was received within 12 working days.

We are entitled to retain the financial charges, government fee or taxes, any other incidental cost before releasing refund for any requested services.
